If you are a mom you have likely seen what I’m talking out. Comments that are shaming moms for asking for help with their children’s sleep, comments that are hating on mom’s decision to sleep train, and comments on Sleep Consultant’s posts calling them a scammer.

It happens, it’s not fun, and it’s not okay. So, how do we deal with it in the best way possible? That’s what I’m breaking down today!
