Marli Klaus, Owner and CEO of The Cradle Coach Academy, is a certified pediatric sleep consultant, mom of three, and former corporate leader who turned her passion for helping families into a mission-driven career.
The Academy was originally founded by Melissa Perry, a certified maternity, baby, and toddler sleep consultant and newborn care specialist.
With a deep understanding of the industry’s gaps, Melissa created The Cradle Coach Academy in 2018 to raise the standard of sleep consultant training by offering comprehensive education, business support, and community.
Together, Marli and Melissa’s vision has shaped a program that blends evidence-based pediatric sleep education, hands-on experience, and lifetime support—preparing graduates to confidently help families improve children’s sleep while building successful sleep consulting businesses.
