Hope is a mom of three and certified sleep consultant through The Cradle Coach Academy. Before becoming a sleep consultant, Hope was an English as a second language teacher, working both abroad and within the US. She loves that she can now work in her business while raising her kids. She sought out a career in sleep consulting because she sees a massive value in helping parents thrive in their marriages through improving sleep for the whole family.

Hope helps parents dream about their ultimate goals as a couple that may have taken a back seat during current sleep challenges they are facing. She then helps them accomplish those goals, starting with getting back on track with sleep. Hope’s philosophy is that by improving your marriage, you are ultimately benefitting the child and the entire family.
