Allison Ezell is a wife, mom of four, former educator, and the founder of Dwell Pediatric Sleep Consulting. Two of her children came to her family through adoption—one through international adoption and one through foster care adoption—giving her a deeply personal understanding of the unique challenges these families face.
For the past five years, Allison has specialized in serving foster and adoptive families, providing the trauma-informed sleep support that was desperately missing when her own adopted son struggled with sleep.

Certified through The Cradle Coach Academy as both a Baby and Toddler Sleep Consultant and a Foster and Adoption Sleep Consultant, Allison has spent the last several years serving hundreds of families seeking this unique specialty. She brings both professional expertise and lived experience as a foster and adoptive mom to her work, and has partnered with The Cradle Coach Academy to completely update and modernize the Foster & Adoption Sleep Consulting Certification course.
