Anneka is Irish, is a former marketeer-turned-sleep-coach, wife, mama to 2 little ladies and was an expat in Doha for over 10 years before recently moving back to Ireland. Anneka LOVES her sleep! So whenever she hears a fellow Mama (brand new or seasoned) speak about how exhausted she is, it brings up ALL KINDS OF FEELINGS. Why? Because despite what society wants us to believe, she knows it doesn’t have to be this way.

After more than a decade in the corporate world and 2 babies later, Anneka has made it her ABSOLUTE MISSION to give shattered Mamas a break. 

A graduate of The Cradle Coach Academy, Anneka is an absolutely incredible Sleep Consultant and she has built her business almost entirely on referrals. In this episode, she shares how while this wasn’t a strategy she necessarily put in place, it has led to a highly successful business that gives her the flexibility she desires in her life.
