Today, we’re diving into the exciting world of becoming a sleep consultant and what it takes to get certified and launch your very own business.

In this episode, I walk you through the first steps of becoming a sleep consultant with our program at the Cradle Coach Academy. Let’s talk about time commitment. On average, our students complete the program in about three months, which includes starting the program, gaining volunteer experience, and launching their business. But hey, this is your journey, and you can take as much time as you need, thanks to our lifetime access to the program and community.

Our program is comprehensive, covering the science of sleep, various sleep training methods, and how to support families with children up to the age of seven or eight. That’s right, we go beyond the typical age range of other programs, giving you a broader scope to make a meaningful impact.

We also focus on the practical side of working with clients, from initial conversations to writing sleep plans and providing support. You’ll gain hands-on experience with five volunteer clients, building your confidence with the help of a one-on-one mentor who’s there to guide you every step of the way.

But what about the business side of things? We’ve got you covered! The third component of our program is all about business building. We provide templates, guidance on setting up your website, marketing strategies (social media optional), and ongoing live support to ensure your business takes off.
