All calls are recorded and you'll have lifetime access to the replays. However, the value of this program is in showing up live to ask questions, get real-time coaching, and build relationships with your cohort. We recommend being able to attend at least 75% of the calls. Call times will be determined once everyone is enrolled so we can find what works best for the group.
Pediatric Sleep Consultants earn anywhere from $60-$150/hour and can easily make between $30,000-$150,000 + per year. How much you earn in this profession depends solely on how much work you put into it and how many clients you take on. If you are starting your own practice, you will have the freedom to create your own competitive pricing and set your own hours.
The self-paced program gives you all the training materials to go through on your own timeline with ongoing community support. Resolution to Freedom is me teaching the certification material LIVE over 12 weeks, plus you get 2-3 months of 1:1 Voxer support with me, and you're going through it with a tight cohort of just 10 women. The self-paced program is perfect if you need complete flexibility. The live program is for women who want concentrated, real-time support and accountability during their launch.

We’re an approved for training program by the International Association of Professional Sleep Consultants and the International Institute of Complementary Therapists and we have students from all across the world. No! Most of our students have never worked as sleep consultants before. Some are moms, some aren't. Some have backgrounds in nursing or teaching, some don't. What matters is that you're ready to learn and committed to following through.
You'll have lifetime access to all course materials and our ongoing community. Your 1:1 Voxer support continues for 2-3 months (depending on when you enrolled), which carries you through your volunteer families and into your launch. After that, you still have access to ongoing group support and resources—you're not on your own.
Yes! Many of our students work full-time while going through certification. You'll need to commit to weekly live calls (about 90 minutes) and time to work through the material and practice with volunteer families. The timeline is flexible enough to work around a job, but you do need to be able to prioritize it.
The main consideration with the live program is just whether the live calls will work with your work schedule. However, the calls will be recorded and we are going to do our best to plan the call when it works for all students enrolled.
Plan for approximately 5-6 hours per week during the 12-week intensive. This includes:
Weekly live call (90 minutes)
Going through training materials
Working with volunteer families (as you get to that phase)
Implementing what you're learning
The time commitment increases slightly when you start working with volunteer families, but by then you're also building your business and getting closer to earning income.
Most students start earning income within 1-2 months after completing certification (which means April/May for Resolution to Freedom graduates). Your income timeline depends on how quickly you implement what we teach and start marketing yourself. Many students in our previous live cohort earned back their investment in 4-5 weeks.
Voxer is a voice/text messaging app (free to download). Once your 1:1 support begins, you can send me voice or text messages with questions and I'll respond within hours (typically faster). It's like having me in your pocket during your volunteer phase and launch.
